Refund & Arbitration Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with our organization and investing in a private trust structure and onboarding program. Please carefully review the following refund and dispute resolution terms, which are binding upon purchase.
Refund Policy: Strict 3-Day Review Period
Upon purchase, each client is granted a three (3) calendar day review period to inspect the trust package in its sealed condition. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed within this 3-day period, you may return the package unopened and in its original condition for a full refund, minus any shipping or administrative fees.
Returned Trusts must be received within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Once the trust is opened, the refund window is voided. There are no refunds under any circumstances once the seal is broken or any contents are accessed.
The best we can offer in the event of errors is a reprint or correction of any grammatical mistakes, typos, or minor clerical adjustments.
What You Are Purchasing
By completing your payment, you acknowledge that your purchase includes:
Proprietary legal language and structural design
A copyright-protected Trust Document
Intellectual and educational content related to private trust administration
Access to private onboarding calls, coaching resources, and learning materials
Access to a private learning community and related manuals
These are non-returnable, non-replicable elements of a private, intellectual, and spiritual asset. Once accessed, they cannot be “unseen” or returned, and are therefore not eligible for refund under any extended circumstances.
Binding Arbitration Clause
To protect both parties and resolve any potential disputes fairly and privately:
All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of [Insert Your State].
The arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator agreed upon by both parties under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or similar agreed-upon private arbitration body).
Both parties waive any right to trial by jury and agree that the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
Any attempts to reverse charges (“chargebacks”) or file complaints outside the terms of this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and subject to legal remedy, including damages and collection costs.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing, opening, or accessing any part of the trust package, onboarding program, or related materials, you agree to these terms in full.
