The Irrevocable, Non-Grantor, Complex, Discretionary Trust is managed by “Trustees” who manage and control the Complex, Non-Grantor, Irrevocable, Discretionary Trust.
The Irrevocable, Non-Grantor, Complex, Discretionary Trust has “Beneficiaries” to be named below.

Once funds are received and cleared with the banking establishment a PERSONALIZED Irrevocable, Non-Grantor, Complex, Discretionary & Spendthrift Trust Copyright Book will be delivered to the person who ordered the Trust Directly. The personalization of the Trust Book will reflect the information provided below, on this order form.

The Trust Custodian

The Custodian can also serve as both Custodian & Trustee BUT can not serve as both a "manager" and "benefactor" the same time.
Authority to Terminate and Appoint new Trustees to manage estate operations.
Authority to Terminate & Appoint Beneficiaries..
No Authority to serve as a beneficiary. .
Authority to Appoint his/her successor at any time during his lifetime.
If a Custodian does not appoint a successor, then upon his/her death, the office disappears. Yet, the existing appointed trustee and the beneficiaries remain the same.

Refund & Arbitration Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with our organization and investing in a private trust structure and onboarding program. Please carefully review the following refund and dispute resolution terms, which are binding upon purchase.

Refund Policy: Strict 3-Day Review Period

Upon purchase, each client is granted a three (3) calendar day review period to inspect the trust package in its sealed condition. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed within this 3-day period, you may return the package unopened and in its original condition for a full refund, minus any shipping or administrative fees.

Returned Trusts must be received within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Once the trust is opened, the refund window is voided. There are no refunds under any circumstances once the seal is broken or any contents are accessed.
The best we can offer in the event of errors is a reprint or correction of any grammatical mistakes, typos, or minor clerical adjustments.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that your purchase includes:

Binding Arbitration Clause

To protect both parties and resolve any potential disputes fairly and privately:

All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of [Insert Your State].
